Bulk Edit of Properties

• Earlier, it was possible to edit properties of multiple objects only as editing of Groups. For example, below the default Doors Group contains single and double Doors as detected and a user tries to assign ‘Double’ option to all Doors in that group by editing Group properties:

  

• For now, users can edit properties of all objects that are selected at the moment, there are two general cases:

  • objects of one type
  • objects of different types

• If selected objects belong to the different types, Properties panel shows only those attributes that can be edited together. For example, Walls, Rooms, Windows and Doors can have common Tags, common Comments and common Custom Attributes:

  

• User can change the attribute values in two ways:

  • using context menu if the proper item is in there (like Tags)

• • by changing the value right in the Properties panel

• … to add same type

Bulk Registration of Users

• This feature allows to add many users at once easily.

• Only users with Admin role can initiate the bulk user registration (as only they can enter in Admin Panel).

• New button ‘Import Users’ is added to the Company screen:

  

• • Using Google Sheets document
  • Uploading a local XLSX file listing company users

    The button calls the dialog which offers two options of uploading user list:

  
  

• The file or a google sheet should follow the format below (the template can be found at the ‘Download Template’ link):

  

• After the file is uploaded and processed, admin will see a notification in the bottom tray and all added users assigned to their Company:

  

• All added users receive emails and are required to complete their registration by following the link:

  

• If a user list contains emails present in the database (used in existing accounts) or non-valid emails, admin will be able to view that in error report available at the link in the bottom tray:

  

• Tenant admins can add users right to the tenant — they will not be assigned to any company

Bugfix: Email Message Link Fixed

• Due to the bug, the email about finished processing was coming without a user name, a document title and a working link leading to the document:

  

• For now, emails contain correct information and a working link to the project containing a processed document
