Window pop-up to keep your account secure and update Microsoft Edge

Issue

Please note that the image displayed above is associated with your Microsoft.com account. This image is used to confirm that you are authorized to obtain a license through your Active Directory credentials. You are seeing this image because there has been a change in the process of using your Microsoft credentials to log into your computer using Multi-Factor Authentication (2FA).

Solution

Log into Office.com or Office365.com with your Microsoft credentials, and follow the instructions to update or verify your 2FA.

Also, you can copy this link and paste it into your web browser and follow the prompts to update your 2FA- https://mysignins.microsoft.com/security-info

You can also use the same link to update your MFA setting if you lost your phone or change your phone number. This can be done for both your Hosted Estimator login email ending with clients.becktechnology.com or your Microsoft email to log into your computer and get a license in Estimator.
