An Overview of Procore Integration in Estimator

Here is an overview of DESTINI Estimator integration with Procore.

Documents and drawings as your single source of truth
Ability to import Estimator 2D quantity takeoff documents directly from your Procore project. Additionally, in the drawings functionality, you now have access to the OCR page naming and to bring over the hyperlinks created by Procore as bookmarks in Estimator. This enables rapid drawing navigation with a single click.

Export to Procore Financials projects to facilitate a true preconstruction data lifecycle
DESTINI Estimator’s integration with Procore Financials allows you to move your estimate from preconstruction to becoming the basis for the job costs. This seamless hand-off reduces project rework and gives you a contiguous trail of information to accurately track your project performance.

Uploading to Procore with Nested Cost Codes

To successfully upload to Procore, it's essential to include the complete cost code in the WBS Property that corresponds to your line item in the application.

For instance, if you are working with 03 - Concrete Cost Code group, the nested cost codes under this category should be formatted as follows:

03 - _10._000 - Undercut Footing or simply 03 - _10._000
03 - 1234 - Concrete breakdown or just 03 - 1234

Please note that including a description for the cost code is not necessary, as demonstrated below.
