How to upload and download files to the Hosted Environment when using the Web Client

When using the Web client to access the remote desktop, uploading and downloading files will be very different because the Web client does NOT have access to your local drives or shared drives. You will only have access to the Z-Drive we provided and the Remote Desktop Virtual drive.
