How to upload and download files to the Hosted Environment when using the Web Client

When accessing the remote desktop through the Web client, it's important to note that the file transfer process differs significantly. The Web client does not have access to the Z-Drive folder on the remote desktop. Instead, you will only be able to access your local drive and any shared drives. Once you upload your file then it will be stored in the Web Client upload folder. If you notice you have access to the Z-Drive folder.

It is recommended to right-click on the file you wish to transfer, select 'Copy,' and then navigate to the Z-Drive folder where you can right-click again and choose 'Paste' to complete the transfer.

Accessing Estimator Hosted via a Web Browser

The Hosted environment can be accessed directly via a web browser. This can be handy if you're using a different computer and just need temporary access, or if you're on a Mac computer, but this is not the recommended way to use the DESTINI Suite permanently due to some nuanced restrictions (eg. no ability to upload files to the Hosted share drive in Estimator).
