Bid Packages may only be pushed once. Bid Packages established during the Create Project process may not be pushed a second time.
Please ensure that you finish working on the Bid Packages in the DESTINI Estimator before you push them to DESTINI Bid Day. This will help in having clean line-item data. In case you have already pushed an incomplete Bid Package into Bid Day and would like to push it again, you can follow the steps given below.
To complete the steps below, the user must have the Project Admin role on the Bid Project. Please note that by following these steps, all the information linked to that Bid Package, such as added subs, line items, and bid values, will be permanently removed.
- In Bid Day, open the Bid Project and uncheck the Bid Packages you want to repush, then click Save.
- Push the project again from DESTINI Estimator, selecting the Bid Package you removed from Bid Day, and complete the push.
- Review the project in Bid Day to ensure the package is populated with the correct line item data.
This process can be repeated until you are satisfied with the results.
