How to Navigate the Help Center and Community Platforms

Here is a short video detailing how to navigate the new Help Center and the Community Platform. 

All articles on the platform are public, which means that you don't have to create a log in. However, if we create any private articles, you will be sent a link to register to view that content. 

The Enhancement request and Peer discussion will still require that you use your Zendesk login to access that platform.
