How to Access and Run Reports in Hosted Estimator

UPDATED - Along with the methods below, we have set up a way for a Company shared drive on the Hosted environment. This folder is exclusive to the users of that particular company and no one else.

Here is the easiest way to get files to and from the Hosted - Copy Files to Hosted

To access and load files to this company's shared drive, follow the steps below:

1. Go to the Takeoff, Project, or Dashboard and click the Open Folder tab

2. Next copy the file from your local drive and paste it into the folder

3. Depending on the file you will need to enter *.* and then press Enter to see all the files in the folder.

4. From the Home tab > Preferences > Custom Reports and click the Edit button on the right, you can navigate to the shared location and click OK to map the location. This will show the reports in the drop-down.
