Here is a quick video on how to change all or some of your line items Quantities in Estimator.
Remember - Ctrl+A = select all the line items in the estiamte
Ctrl+C = Copy all the line items in the estimate
Ctrl+V = paste all the line items in the estimate
Columns that are blank have different value based on the line items that are selected
