How To Add a New Unit of Measure to an Estimate

In order to add a new Unit of Measure to Estimator, you have to add it to that Database in Data Manager. 

1. Launch Data Manager then click Database Profile on the left
2. Select the “E” (Estimator Mode) at the top of Data Manager to see the different Ribbon Tabs in that database
3. Click the Unit of Measure tab and add the New Unit of Measure that you want to add
4. Next switch back to Estimator (you can close Data Manager at this time)
5. In the Home tab of Estimator, click on Connect to Database
6. Select the database from the drop-down list that you just created for the new Unit of Measure (Refreshing the connection)

 Now you should be able to see your new Unit of Measure.
