Failed To Copy, Create or Version an Estimate
Occasionally, users will get the failed to copy error because the estimate needs to be repaired by opening and saving.
When you are creating a version and you get the error below, follow the steps to resolve this:
1. Open the Estimate and you will see a pop-up message below.
2. Click No to continue.
3. Save the estimate and try again.
If the repair message keeps popping up, follow the steps below:
1. Click on the message
2. Find the line item (top 2 if multiple) descriptions in the log
3. In the estimate, copy that line/s and paste into the estimate
4. Delete the older line item/s
5. Save the estimate and try the copy again
