This hotfix focuses on correcting calculation issues in resources and alternates/markup

DC-4261 - Copying and pasting a line item with a markup into the Alternates section is applying the markup twice.

DC-4315 - Fixed an issue where changing the rate on a Resource Group caused totals and productivity-based calculations to be incorrect by not converting the group’s base time to hours.
