Bugfixes:
Bug 39047: Addressing a delay in sketching takeoff caused by updating the Cost Information View (CIV).
Bug 39049: Occasionally, when bulk selecting line items, the application may become locked, causing it to freeze.
Bug 39055: There is a potential issue where updating an assembly may lead to Estimator getting stuck in an updating loop.
Bug 38935: Sketching costs that include formulas with variables and numeric WBS properties may potentially trigger a Risk Loss & Continue error.
Bug 39176: When bulk modifying line items with a formulaic cost category, the formula may be cleared.
Bug 39162: When making bulk modifications to line items with resource groups, there is a possibility that the cost category could be inadvertently reset to zero.
