Bugfixes:
Bug 38514: Certain estimates are encountering a problem where Takeoff Properties are being duplicated, leading to inaccuracies in the quantities of some line items.
Bug 38971: When entering data quickly in the Project View on linked cells, there is a slight delay of a few seconds when typing and moving down the cells.
