Bug 39791: Encounter Risk Loss and Continue (RLC) issues when saving or modifying the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) after completing the takeoff process.
Bug 40225: Risk Loss and Continue (RLC) issues occur when utilizing the "Update Page" workflow.
