Fix Error loading Dashboard Using Excel

ISSUE: 

When trying to load a dashboard into Estimator, you get the error: "Indel was outside the bounds of the array."

If you get the above error while loading a Dashboard, you can use Excel to resolve the issue.

1. Click OK to close the error.
2. Open the Dashboard in Excel
3. Save the file
4. A value in the spreadsheet is repaired automatically by Excel during  the saving process 
5. Now you can load your Dashboard in Estimator
