Below is an archive of older release notes for the Beck Tech Standard Reports. This is purely for historical reference purposes, and this article will not be updated with newer release notes. For up-to-date release notes on Banded Reports, Estimate View reports and other standard deliverables, please see the Hub Subscription Updates section of the Help Center.

Alternates Standard Report Updates - 2025.10.04 

Bug Fixes: 

  1. Overline Standard Reports do not account for WBS Property Name when picking up the overline's WBS Value 
  1. Overline Standard Reports need different check to see if level contains overline 
  1. IsMatch logic does not correctly account for distribution/custom fee criteria AnyCanApply

Alternates Standard Report Updates - 2025.08.24  

Bug Fixes 

  1. "After Every Alternate" Page Break does not work inside Alternates Summary Report when alternate has fees  
  1. Fee Recalculation Code does not check for valid distribution before applying fee to line items  
  1. Fee calculation incorrect if line item's Description is empty  
  1. WBS Properties in Designer's Field List are numerical types instead of string  
  1. "Unit" column header still exists for Alternates Summary section if "Include Cost/Unit Summary" is toggled off  

Enhancements 

  1. Incorporate Overlines into Standard Reports  
  1. Update LMSEO/Self Perform Reports to include Cost Category Overlines  
  1. Update Documentation inside Standard Reports

Alternates Standard Report Updates - 2024.11.21 

Bug Fixes 

  1. Distribution fees not correctly pulling with bool type WBS Property for fee criteria.

Alternates Standard Report Updates - 2024.08.20 

Bug Fixes 

  1. WBS Values with double quotes print as \" in the report 
  1. Lump Sum Fees should not give direct cost to Subtotals 
  1. Estimator crashes when setting page size in the report previewer 

Enhancements 

  1. Standard Reports need to include both Base Estimates and Accepted Alternates 
  1. New Standard Report "Alternates Summary Report" to print all Alternates  
  1. Roll up line items when turned off Notes are different 
  1. Consolidate Multiple Page Break Parameters into 1 
  1. Update reports to use more performant stored procedure sp_GetSimpleProjectCostDataDetails 
  1. Create new View ProjectCostProductivitiyDetails for both Base Estimate and Alternate Cost Productivities
