30929 - Users have the capability to see all alternates they have created in a centralized, summarized view. This feature allows users to easily assess and decide whether to include or exclude these alternates in the overall estimate proposal.
30320 - Basic information must be entered for each alternate during its creation to store it in the estimator and clearly understand the proposed change it represents. Each alternate is then given a status of Pending, Approved, or Rejected.
32315 - Users have the capability to effectively sort and filter the alternate summary page. This feature enhances the display of relevant information, making it easier to discuss options with stakeholders.
36043 - For historical tracking, users can keep alternate data separate from project totals. This is useful for accepted alternates in early project phases, allowing costs to be incorporated without affecting overall estimates.
30322 - Line items can be added to alternates using the same familiar workflows in he current Estimator version
30314 - Users have the capability to view their project in a detailed breakdown, including the base estimate, alternates, and the total project cost, all conveniently displayed within the estimate view.
30974 - Users have the option to customize fees for each alternate. The fee editor will be enhanced to accommodate both alternate and base estimate fees. This enhancement will allow users to add custom fees to each alternate for more detailed cost breakdowns.
30985 - Ability to "close out" alternates - Accepted and rejected alternates can be moved to a new "closed" section - Each closed-out alternate can have a tag added to indicate how/when an alternate was closed
30986 - Once an alternate is approved, its individual line items will seamlessly integrate into the base estimate. While the custom fees linked to the alternate will not transition over, the line items will smoothly merge into the overall base estimate for a comprehensive cost breakdown.
36279 - Updated standard reports for reporting Alternates data with custom filtering
36646 - Additional compounding fees and subtotal categories have been incorporated into the fee table.
38236 -Users now have the capability to generate customized Excel reports directly within the estimator. As part of ongoing enhancements, we include the Alternates data in these reports for a more comprehensive and detailed analysis.
