Aggregating Formulaic Properties for 2D Takeoff

2D Takeoff components can have custom properties that calculate their own value called "Formulaic Properties".  There are times when you have multiple different 2D takeoff components that have the same property. 

Each component may calculate that property differently, but you want all of the values to total to a single value.  The video below shows this concept and discusses how you can use it.
