Workpack: Company-Shared Projects
Company-shared projects are projects that can be viewed by other members of your company. You can also see the projects created by other users in the company if they have used the appropriate access settings.
How To Create a Company-Shared Project
- In your projects dashboard, click the + Add Project button.
- In the Add Project window, fill in the title and select the Company-shared option in the Access Settings section, then press Create Project.
- The created project will be displayed in your dashboard with a ‘shared within the company’ icon, as highlighted below:
- All users who belong to the same company as you will be able to see the created project in their dashboards.
How to Change Project Access Settings
You can change any project’s status from Private to Company-shared and vice versa. To do this, simply press the Edit button in the last column of the projects dashboard, select the corresponding Access Settings option in the opened window, and then press Save.
How To View Other Users’ Shared Projects?
- By default, you will only see projects created by you in your dashboard.
- To view other users’ projects, use the search bar above the Creator column or switch to the Browser and select Shared Projects.
