Remove Item Number from a Cloud Standard Report

Completely remove the ItemNumber field from your Cloud Standard Report.

  • Open the report in Report Designer in DESTINI Cloud.

Ensure you open Cloud Reports in DESTINI Cloud. Opening them in Legacy will corrupt the report and make it unusable.

  • Scroll down to the Details_LineItems section of the report.

  • Locate the LineItems Group Header (typically Group Header 10).

  • Right-click on the first cell within this group header and select the Delete option to remove it.

  • Delete the first format blank cell in the second row to ensure all related formatting is cleared.

  • Select Group Header 10 and click the gear icon to access the settings.

  • Click the ellipsis for Group Fields.

  • Remove the Line Item Identification field and click OK to save your changes.

  • Save and run the report in DESTINI Cloud: Estimator.

Clean up Parameter (Extra)

  • Remove the parameter from the report.

  • Right-click Parameters and choose Edit Parameters.

  • Locate the Line ItemIdentification_parameter and click the delete icon.

  • Click OK to confirm.

Note: To use Row number or Takeoff Number for grouping in the report instead of Item Number, change the 'Line Item Modification' parameter as needed.
