Product Roadmap - Q4 2026

The DESTINI Cloud Q4 2026 roadmap focuses on strengthening connectivity across the DESTINI Cloud platform, expanding self-perform capabilities, completing key Takeoff initiatives, and laying the foundation for embedded Bid Day and AI-powered workflows. Across Estimator, Takeoff, Cost Library, Bid Day, Licensing, APIs, and AI, the quarter includes 95 committed roadmap items designed to improve productivity, collaboration, automation, and integration throughout the preconstruction process. 

Roadmap items are subject to change based on development priorities and customer feedback.

DESTINI Estimator

Q4 investments focus on workflow efficiency, expanded self-perform functionality, improved integrations, and tighter connectivity with DESTINI Takeoff. Planned enhancements include Excel import/export capabilities, Procore Financials integration, Sub-Organizations support, and new workflows that automatically connect estimates with Takeoff projects. Self-perform improvements continue to mature the platform with support for materials, calendars, productivity adjustments, and summary reporting.

DESTINI Cost Library

Cost Library enhancements emphasize automation, administration, and scalability. Key initiatives include Sub-Organizations, sandbox environments, bulk editing tools, enhanced condition mapping, self-perform improvements, third-party pricing integrations, and quality-of-life enhancements designed to reduce maintenance effort while improving pricing accuracy.

DESTINI Takeoff

Takeoff development centers on completing major initiatives already underway, including full live multi-user collaboration, enhanced condition workflows, 3D Takeoff capabilities, AI-assisted takeoff features, and performance improvements. Additional integrations with Estimator and Cost Library continue to support a more seamless quantity-to-pricing workflow.

DESTINI Bid Day

Q4 introduces the first phase of a subcontractor directory while also laying the groundwork for future embedded Bid Day experiences within DESTINI Cloud. The work completed this quarter will help support future invitation-to-bid workflows, subcontractor management, and seamless transitions between estimating and bid management.

Licensing & Administration

Licensing enhancements focus on supporting large enterprise customers through multi-tenant management, role-based access control improvements, and self-service administration capabilities that allow organizations to manage users and permissions directly.

APIs & AI

The quarter includes foundational API work to support integrations across Estimator, Takeoff, and Bid Day, as well as continued development of AI-assisted experiences. The initial AI strategy emphasizes read-only analysis capabilities that help users interrogate project information before introducing write capabilities in future releases.

Several enhancements improve how conditions are managed and consumed within Takeoff, including:

  • "Show Me the Takeoff" visibility improvements

These enhancements make conditions easier to manage, analyze, and connect to downstream estimating workflows.

Live Multi-User Collaboration

Q4 completes the live collaboration initiative with:

  • Full live multi-user support
  • User-based filtering

These capabilities help teams coordinate takeoff efforts while improving visibility into who created and maintains specific takeoff information.

3D Takeoff Advancements

Development continues toward completing the standard 3D Takeoff workflow, including:

  • Additional 3D model support
  • Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) connectivity
  • Improved 3D model viewing
  • Mapping 3D model elements directly to Conditions

These enhancements help connect model-based quantity takeoff with estimating workflows and automatic pricing capabilities.

Performance, Stability, and AI

Additional Q4 initiatives include:

  • Diagnostic tools for bug prevention
  • Enhanced automated testing

  • AI-driven callout detection
  • Continued AI model training for elevation recognition

Together, these improvements help increase application reliability while continuing to expand AI-assisted takeoff functionality.

DESTINI Estimator

Improved Data Exchange and Connectivity

Estimator receives several highly requested workflow enhancements, including:

  • Excel import and export
  • Connection status monitoring
  • Procore Financials integration
  • Sub-Organizations support

These capabilities help estimators move information more efficiently between DESTINI and external systems.

Self Perform Expansion

Q4 continues the growth of Self Perform functionality with:

  • Materials management
  • Calendars
  • Self Perform summary views
  • Productivity adjustments

These capabilities provide additional control over labor, material, and schedule planning within self-perform estimating workflows.

Takeoff and Estimator Integration

Several enhancements strengthen the connection between estimating and takeoff:

  • Consume Conditions mapped to assemblies and line items
  • Automatically create and connect Takeoff projects
  • Display associated Takeoff information
  • Identify WBS properties consumed by Takeoff

These improvements help reduce manual setup while creating a more integrated measurement-to-pricing workflow.

AI Initiatives

Estimator also receives expanded AI capabilities, including specialized large language model (LLM) analysis features designed to help users better understand project and estimate information.

Condition Mapping

Condition Mapping introduces a direct connection between Takeoff measurements and estimating logic by allowing organizations to:

  • Connect Conditions to line-item formulas
  • Configure display units
  • Map Conditions to assembly variables

This initiative represents a significant advancement toward automated pricing workflows within DESTINI.

Bulk Operations

Maintenance tasks become more efficient through support for:

  • Bulk edit and delete of line items
  • Bulk edit and delete of resources
  • Bulk edit and delete of materials

These capabilities help administrators manage large Cost Libraries more efficiently. 

Self Perform Enhancements

Self-perform functionality expands with support for:

These additions centralize maintenance and improve consistency across estimates. 

DESTINI Cost Library

Sub-Organizations and Sandboxing

Two major administrative capabilities arrive in Q4:

Sub-Organizations

  • Separate Cost Libraries by office or division
  • Independent working environments
  • Dedicated training organizations

Sandboxing

  • Isolated testing environments paired with production environments
  • Safe validation of major Cost Library changes before deployment

These features support larger organizations with multiple business units and governance requirements.

DESTINI Bid Day

New Subcontractor Directory

Q4 delivers the initial phase of a subcontractor directory with:

  • Basic prequalification information through third-party integrations
  • Custom fields within company records
  • Investigation of invitation-to-bid integrations

This functionality establishes a foundation for future subcontractor management and bid solicitation workflows.

Embedded Bid Day Foundations

The team will also begin foundational work for a future embedded Bid Day experience within DESTINI Cloud, including research and planning for:

  • Seamless transitions between Estimator and Bid Day
  • Company categories
  • Combo bids
  • Fee calculator integration
  • Automated bid package creation

These efforts are targeted for broader delivery in future releases.

Licensing & Administration
