Download Links for DESTINI Cloud Deliverable Templates
To make it easy for customers to access standardized deliverables, the Help Center includes download links that point to up to date files used across Reports, Dashboards, and Project View. These links provide a reliable way to get the latest, supported versions of templates and workbooks without searching across folders or release notes.
This article explains what these download links are, what’s included, and how to use them effectively.
Why Download Links Matter
Download links exist to ensure customers always have access to the following:
- Standardized files that align with supported product behavior
- Current versions tied to a specific release
- Consistent starting points for reporting, dashboards, and project view data
Using the files provided through Help Center download links helps reduce rework, avoid version mismatches, and maintain consistency across teams and projects.
What You Can Download
Files for Online Training
The lessons included in the Beck Tech Training Portal require specific file downloads to complete the exercises.

Reports
Report download links provide access to standard report file templates used for generating formatted outputs such as owner reports and other detail reports. These files are designed to work within DESTINI and reflect Beck Technology maintained standards.
These downloads are intended to be used after customers brand them using resources in the Help Center. Every customer receives the current-at-the-time banded reports that include their branding during Onboarding.

Download Estimate View Excel Reports
Do not open Cloud reports in Legacy DESTINI software. It will corrupt the report.
If your report gets corrupted, download the clean file(s) from this location and reference the Export/Import Styles article to quickly update your report to your company's branding.
Dashboards
Dashboard download links point to Excel-based dashboard templates that summarize estimate data in a visual, presentation-ready format. These dashboards are commonly used for:
- High-level cost summaries
- System or WBS level cost totals
- Estimate comparisons
The downloadable dashboard files serve as a standard foundation and can be extended to meet company-specific reporting needs while preserving a supported structure. Every customer receives the current-at-the-time dashboard that includes their branding during Onboarding.

Project View
Project View download links provide access to Project View workbooks that support consistent entry of project-level metrics such as area, duration, and key attributes. These files help ensure that project data is structured correctly for downstream analysis and reporting.
Using the standard Project View workbook helps maintain alignment across estimates and supports reliable reporting outcomes. Every customer receives the current-at-the-time project view as part of their estimate template during Onboarding.

Best Practices for Customers
- Revisit download links after software upgrades to check for updated or newly supported files.
- Treat downloaded files as a baseline and save customized versions in a shared-file location according to your standard operating procedure for your team to access from a central location.
These practices help keep deliverables consistent and reduce issues caused by outdated or unsupported files.
