DESTINI Takeoff Version 1.9.5 Release Notes

DESTINI Takeoff 1.9.5 delivers important fixes and stability improvements across Condition Manager folder management and Condition Library synchronization. This release also resolves overlapping takeoff zones and viewer scroll lock visibility, enforces collaborator WBS assignment permissions, and hardens multi-user concurrency, API security, and background save queue resilience.

Bug Fixes

Condition Manager & Condition Library

  • Condition Folder Drag-and-Drop: Resolved an issue where dragging and dropping conditions between folders or categories in Condition Manager broke condition data and corrupted category mappings (DC-7871, DC-8863).
  • Condition Library Synchronization: Fixed an issue where conditions loaded into a project failed to reflect the current state, folder hierarchy, or properties configured in the Condition Library (DC-9006).

Canvas, Viewer & Takeoff Zones

  • Takeoff Zone Overlap & Duplication: Resolved multiple scenarios where takeoff zones could inadvertently overlap or duplicate on the drawing canvas (DC-9107).
  • Viewer Scroll Lock Icon Visibility: Restored the missing scroll lock icon in the drawing sheet viewer toolbar (DC-9182).
  • AI Conditions Zone Delete Dialog: Corrected misleading confirmation dialog text displayed when deleting a takeoff zone from AI Conditions (DC-9183).
  • Viewer Confirmation Dialog State: Fixed an unhandled script error (classList) occurring when reopening the delete confirmation dialog while its closing animation was still running (DC-9203).

Multi-User Collaboration & Permissions

  • Collaborator WBS Assignment Persistence: Fixed a permission defect where non-owner collaborators were blocked from assigning or removing WBS on takeoff items despite receiving a false "Changes saved" confirmation, ensuring WBS assignments save properly and propagate to the estimate (DC-9301).
  • Multi-User Overwrite Protection: Implemented concurrency checks when saving conditions and takeoff zones to prevent outdated client copies from silently overwriting edits made by other active collaborators (DC-9297).
