Cost Library 1.5.4 delivers key bug fixes and stability improvements across region concurrency, line item navigation and grouping, rate table and resource exports, WBS hierarchy management, and formula evaluation.

Bug Fixes

Line Items & Grid Navigation

  • Line Item Search Auto-Scroll: Searching Line Items with an active row selected now properly scrolls the selected row into view (DC-9219).
  • Line Item Grid Filter Spacing: Resolved an issue where filtering in the Line Item grid left excess blank scrollable space above the filtered results (DC-8875).
  • Add Line Items Drawer Grouping: Fixed an issue where the Add Line Items drawer lost its custom grouping structure after being closed and reopened (DC-9059).
  • Line Item Duplication Undo: Undoing a line item duplication now properly closes the edit drawer instead of leaving it displayed after the row is removed (DC-9007).

Regions & Multi-User Concurrency

  • Concurrent Line Item Deletions During Region Creation: Resolved an issue where a line item deleted while a Region was being added or duplicated reappeared (DC-9027).
  • Region Cost Preservation on Overlapping Edits: Fixed an issue where a new or duplicated Region lost line item costs and reverted cost edits when another Region operation overlapped it (DC-9028).
  • Concurrent Region Deletion Protection: Deleting a region no longer overwrites or reverts concurrent line item modifications made by other users (DC-9141).

Rate Tables, Resources & Crews

  • Rate Table Duplication Undo: Fixed an issue where undoing a duplicated Rate Table failed silently (409 conflict) and left the duplicate in the grid when resources had rates assigned (DC-7727).
  • Resource Base Rate Export: Corrected the Cost Library export so resource base rates per rate table are included in the exported workbook (DC-7373).
  • Hidden Default Rate Table in Resource Export: Removed an extra, unlabeled rate table row per resource that was appearing for the hidden Default rate table in Cost Library exports (DC-9088).
  • Crew Resource Removal Retention: Fixed an issue where removing a resource from a crew was lost if the trash icon was clicked immediately after editing the crew's Code or Name (DC-8975).

WBS Properties, Formulas & Validation

  • Active WBS Hierarchy Integrity: Fixed an issue where adding a List WBS property to an active hierarchy unintentionally turned off the hierarchy (DC-8940).
  • Masterformat WBS List Value Deletion: Resolved an issue where deleting list values from Masterformat Level 2, 3, or 4 WBS properties failed with a generic "Failed to delete list value" error (DC-9033).
  • WBS Delete Confirmation Warning Messages: Removed unrelated character-length validation warnings from the delete confirmation dialog when removing WBS list values (DC-8994).
  • Formula Editor Constant Evaluation: Fixed the Formula Editor so constants selected from the Constants list (such as PI) evaluate as numeric constants rather than variables (DC-8995).
  • Cross-Entity Delete Warning Message: Corrected the cross-entity delete warning modal text to display the expected warning message (DC-7127).

Data Migration & Assemblies

  • Refinement Question Migration: Resolved an issue where variable Refinement questions were improperly imported as Choice questions with empty Choice IDs, causing questions to become hidden in Cost Library (DC-9043).
