DESTINI Cloud Setup Guide
How to install and log into DESTINI Cloud
This article will walk you through the simple process of getting DESTINI Cloud up and running. This includes installation and license login.
Setup of DESTINI Cloud is easy, but please be aware that you may need the assistance of your IT department before installing any new software on your workstation depending on your company policy.
Installation
- Open the Windows Start Menu and Open the Microsoft Store app.

- Search for DESTINI Cloud and click on the application tile.

- Click Get. DESTINI Cloud will be downloaded and installed automatically.

- Click Open and the application will launch or you will find the DESTINI Cloud icon in your Windows Start Menu. Click it to launch it.

- If you will be using DESTINI Cloud daily, we recommend pinning the app to your Taskbar. Right-click on the Taskbar icon and select Pin to taskbar. This step is optional.

- After initialization, DESTINI Cloud will open, and a license login window will be displayed.

License Login - Active Directory Method
IMPORTANT: There are two ways to sign into the license platform; via Active Directory using you Company credentials, or via the Sign up method using your Company email and password you create. It's important to understand that this is not a user choice, users must sign in via the method that their company has elected. The vast majority of users will use the Active Directory method, which is covered below. If you require instructions on the alternative sign up method, please see this article on How to Log Into Your License.
- When Estimator launches, the License window should pop up automatically. Click the Active Directory button.

- Sign into your license using your company email (the same that you use to sign into your company workstation).

-
Enter your company password and click Sign in (again, the same that you use to sign into your company workstation). If you have forgotten your password, contact your IT department (Beck Tech does not control your Active Directory login).

- If your company enforces any form of multi-factor authentication (MFA), complete the necessary steps to approve the sign in.
Note that the MFA process can be different for every company so we cannot show specifics for this step - contact your IT department if you get stuck.
- First time users will get the following prompt. Click Accept to continue. If you don't get this prompt, continue to the next step.

- Check the 'Don't show this again' box. This will allow you to sign in less often upon app launch.

- The login process is complete and Estimator should now be fully activated.
Active Directory Login Not Working?
-
If you are attempting to sign into the license window using the Active Directory option and it is unsuccessful, it may be due to your company not permitting Active Directory sign-in.
-
In this situation, you should opt for the alternative Sign up Now option - Refer to the instructions under 'Option 2' in the following article - How to Log into Your License.
